5. Streamlined Legal & Operational Excellence: Implements standardized MoU templates and 30‑day approval cycles with dedicated legal specialists to accelerate international agreements. Digital & Physical Collaboration Infrastructure: Provides secure, scalable virtual collaboration platforms (powered by CDAS via Zoom/Microsoft Teams) and COIL courses on edX/Coursera for cross‑border learning.
