Centre for Humanitarian and Developmental Initiatives (CHADI)

Caleb University has established itself as a beacon of learning, research, and innovation. Building on its commitment to societal development, the university, in 2024, established the Centre for Humanitarian and Development Initiative (CUL-CHADI) domiciled at its main campus at Imota, Lagos. With the growing international concern relating to humanitarian conditions and the nexus between security and development which has generated interest in recognizing and comprehending the complex nature of development challenges and the ways such challenges interact with international humanitarian aid efforts, CUL-CHADI aims to address these pressing local and global challenges, promote social justice, and contribute to the well-being of diverse communities, while enhancing the global presence and impact of the University in the global space.
